Excellent fitness center, with basketball courts, running/walking track (12 laps/mile), free-weight areas, fitness machines, swimming pool, fitness classrooms, and small children's play room. Maintained in Excellent condition. Adjacent to the Highland Park Senior Center, and surrounded by the Preserve, a nature preserve with ponds, open fields, and walking trails (converted from the former Highland Park Country Club grounds).
Clean, friendly. Pool is not too crowded, but some time I had to "double" the lane. Lanes are wide. I think 7'0". Water 81 degree.
Fabulous gym. It’s never too crowded whenever I’ve been and very well maintained. I always buy a week pass since I only come when I’m visiting my family.

Decent gym. I went there to coach a game with my travel basketball team. Needless to say, we gave Highland Park the business. I'd go there to gather victories any day.
