Really good vibe, friendly members and coach. I was only travelling through the area and couldn’t speak any Portuguese, despite this they were very welcoming and offered a great workout. Would recommend 👌
I travel a lot attend the CrossFit wherever I am staying. After visiting CrossFit centres all over the world, this one is one of my favorites. The reason is that the place is like new, the equipment is new and it is clear that everything is well looked after. The class sizes were always never too big - all I had to do was show up. The trainers were always checking to see that I was doing things correctly and even after a few visits new what to recommend. All of this even though I speak no Portuguese. Once people saw that I was a regular they were always welcoming. Highly recommended.
I went here during my 10days vacation in Floripa. The team was very welcoming and even I do not speak Portuguese we found a way to communicate! Definitely will join again once I am back in Floripa 💪🏼
This is one of the best places to train CrossFit! The staff is highly dedicated to improve your performance, they are teaching and training with lots of patience and steps that is fantastic for beginners and experienced athletes. Their schedule is full of sessions and the environment is super friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great time and see you on the next visit
This is a fantastic gym. I'm from the US, and although the coaches don't speak English, many patrons do. The coaches were very personable and ensured I understood the workout before we started. It was not hard to understand because they wrote the workout on the board. It's very straightforward. The facilities are clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the workouts are well-designed. I worked out here for two weeks and will miss this gym. Obrigado!!!
