Nina is a compassionate and nurturing teacher who creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere. She highlights the physiological benefits of poses within a flow and challenges you to explore your physical strength and flexibility. Her passion and knowledge of yoga is inspiring. Since doing one-on-one private sessions and attending Nina's group classes, I have gained an appreciation of the benefits of continued exercise on the mind and body. I'm so incredibly appreciative for the love of Yoga that Nina has instilled in me.
