Nina is a compassionate and nurturing teacher who creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere. She highlights the physiological benefits of poses within a flow and challenges you to explore your physical strength and flexibility. Her passion and knowledge of yoga is inspiring. Since doing one-on-one private sessions and attending Nina's group classes, I have gained an appreciation of the benefits of continued exercise on the mind and body. I'm so incredibly appreciative for the love of Yoga that Nina has instilled in me.
I am a current patient of Nina's and I highly recommend her services. Nina has had an extremely positive impact on my overall health so far, in the very short time that I have been seeing her. She specifically caters and creates a program suitable for yourself and your individual needs. Nina is extremely knowledgeable and I have learn't a great deal about alternate therapies and my very own health. I am so happy to have Nina's support and her expertise on my Journey to better health. Nina has gone above and beyond in treating me with her services as a Naturopath. I highly recommend Nina to other people looking to improve their own health.
