Lucus Crossfit - Gym in Lugo, Spain

I've been training here for quite some time now and I couldn't be happier. The coaches are incredibly friendly, always making sure you're using proper technique and actively helping you improve with every workout. You can tell they genuinely care about your progress. Plus, the atmosphere with the other members is fantastic - very motivating and supportive, which makes coming to train even easier and more fun. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended place whether you're just starting out or have been doing CrossFit for a while.

A really good CrossFit box (official). Personally, I've come and gone over time, but I always end up coming back here. The coaches are very professional, constantly updating their skills and training, always attentive to everyone's needs and adapting each workout accordingly. The gym is spacious, clean, and has excellent equipment. As is often the case with CrossFit, there's a great community and a fantastic atmosphere!

Box de Crossfit excepcional, con buenas instalaciones y equipamiento. Tanto Dech como el resto de monitores son muy cercanos. Te motivan, aconsejan, corrigen y adaptan los ejercicios según tus necesidades. Variedad de horarios en wods y skills , por lo que lo recomiendo para todo el mundo, tanto para gente que está empezando como para aquellos que buscan darlo todo. Muy buen ambiente en general... ¡Totalmente recomendado!

I've been training at this box for almost three years, and having tried others, I can say this one is fantastic. The box is spacious and very well-equipped, plus the equipment is well-maintained and they make sure to keep it updated. The coaches are always attentive throughout the entire workout, adapting the training whenever necessary. From the very first minute, I felt right at home, and that's something I really appreciate. 100% RECOMMENDED!!
