Can't recommend Core704 enough! It is a great full body exercise - and the slow movements really work your body differently and safely. Love the environment, instructors, and owners!
I love love this studio, workout, and team! I have never experienced a better toning workout where I don't plateau - with tweaks and modifications there are always new challenges even though I've been going since the beginning of this year. And the instructors are some of the best! They make you feel like family. Truly a great community!

What can I say about Core 704? A lot. Let me start with every guy should try it. I was hesitant at first but I can say with 100% certainty that it is the best unconventional (for me) workout I have ever done. It has helped me tremendously with core strength and flexibility. Every class and every instructor is a little different but one thing they have in common is they are all great. Also, I can't say enough good things about the owners/employees. They do it right. Check em out.
Core704 is SUCH an amazing workout! Its the only class I am motivated to wake up at 6am for! All of the teachers are so positive & warm! Core704 is an incredibly challenging workout that encourages you to push yourself but offers modifications as well! 10/10 would recommend 😄😄
