Michelle does an amazing job at providing personally ( not pre written) crafted meal programs that is upadated daily with guaranteed results in 4 WEEKS! She and Rob work together to bring out your best physique while providing above and beyond service. -The workouts are created with the goal of : pain free movements, increasing Strength and most importantly to see definition.

My son join the gym for a couple of years and then we moved ....he’s still looking forward to work out 🏋️ at Empower Lift with Robert. There’s nothing like the attention of someone that does his job with real passion!! Thank you Robert.

I enjoy going to Empower Lift gym. Robert & Michelle enjoy what they do which is helping people get to where they need to be physically and mentally. I enjoy the numerous workout regimen. I've been going to them for five months and I've never miss a day.

Joined about 3 months ago and I can definitely see a difference. I have been apart of a regular corporate gym for 2 years and saw no results because like most people I didn't know what to do, I just kind of winged it. I found this great local spot where I didn't have to wing it anymore. Everyday is a different workout with a mixture of boot camp, weight lifting and cross-fit exercises and you are always pushed to your limits (because they believe in you even if you don't believe in you) Coaches Rob and Michelle are great, they guide you on technique, on what to do and what not to do. They also understand some people are limited in the exercises they can do so they will work with you to give you that maximum workout. Love the atmosphere and I love Rob and Michelle(not during my workouts, I love them before and after) and I'm happy to be apart of their gym. Check it out, it's not for everyone but it maybe for you :)

Get fit here. That's all there is to it. It's not about how much you can lift. It's not about how often you you can lift. It's about the quality of the workout and the quality at Empower Lift is top notch. Michele and Rob work hard with every person who comes in so they can become that better version of themselves.
