I'm a newbie and had a wonderful experience with Navreet my first time on the Megaformer. She goes in depth and her queuing is really good. She's strict, but fun! Highly recommend!

The only core and strength training I can be bothered to do to maintain strength and flexibility. It takes 40 minutes and is highly efficient with good results. The coaches are all very competent, passionate and inspiring. I have not had any pains or injuries since I started with the Megaformer practice connected to other sports I do, despite not being a young chicken anymore :)

Good and bad things about this place! I enjoy the Intro classes, but the intended progression is not clear. When does one as a beginner progress from "Intro" to "Pro"? It seems like a huge leap to get to a Pro-class, but I also don't need the Megaformer itself explained to me every class. The level and intensity of an Intro-class also varies greatly (!!) depending on the instructor, making the experience quite unpredictable. Interestingly enough, some of my favorite beginners' classes were with instructors who (sadly) don't usually teach them. I really enjoyed Megaformer Intro with Mari and Sandra, Line is (as usual) also great. My friend and I had an uncomfortable experience with Navreet, who we felt had quite a lot of "sass" for us beginners and put up an attitude when we asked for help and further instructions. It is clear she doesn't enjoy teaching newbies and probably shouldn't be put to the task of it either. All instructors seem comfortable teaching in English if needed, which is great and really inclusive. The studio itself is nice and open, but a HUGE pet-peeve of mine is not being able to align properly with the mirrors. The mirrored wall next to the garden isn't straight, so the mirror image of yourself isn't properly lined up with the machine, making it very difficult to do proper adjustments. I'm sure you're just supposed to be able to *feel* this in your body and yada yada, but it's just a thing that annoys me when I'm on that side of the studio. The classes are expensive and I feel like there should be some price difference depending on the level and experience of the instructor, it has felt a bit odd to pay the same 360 kr for a class of an instructor that is clearly just getting started with instructing Lagree.
