I used it as part of my company's employee benefits (?). The first session was a gentle workout. The workout alternated between short training sessions and rest periods, making it fast-paced yet effective. The second session... It suddenly became much harder (probably still beginner level), and there were some exercises I couldn't do at all because my body couldn't keep up... However, the pace was very good, so even though it was tough, I was able to persevere. The workout menu wasn't scripted; it seemed like they were deciding on it on the spot, and I felt they were making adjustments like, "If we do this next, I'll die, so let's do this instead," which I thought was truly professional. The facility was bright and clean, making for a pleasant and challenging workout! I think this is probably still like the tutorial in a game, but... I'll do my best!
