El gimnasio cuenta con excelentes instalaciones: amplias, modernas y en óptimas condiciones de limpieza. No obstante, considero importante fortalecer el área de atención al usuario, ya que el personal suele mostrarse demasiado serio y con poca disposición, incluso para aspectos básicos como el saludo. The machines are very crowded, especially compared to other locations nationwide, but the worst part is the lack of respect among the people in Pasto. They leave everything lying around on the floor. What a disorganized city! Is that how they must be at home? The trainers should be keeping things organized. You make suggestions, and nothing improves. It's still the same. A year later, and it's exactly the same. They have a complaints and claims section, but you don't see any action being taken, or they never respond. I uploaded a video so you can see how many people attend. I've even gone at 5 a.m., and it fills up in a matter of minutes. The same goes for 10 a.m. There's no "Orange Hour," like they have in other cities with Body Shop, which is for times when there's less traffic.
