It is awesome. A local gym that offers day/weekly passes with very reasonable price. I play hard-style kettlebells for my workout and it is not easy to find a gym in downtown Denver that has either heavy hard-style kettlebells or have kettlebells at all. LoHi suits my need - they have kettlebells from 10 pound up to 44kg. Love that they have a 36kg and 44kg for my conditional workout : ) The gym, while I agree with the other commenter that it is moderate in size, it do have lots of equipments. In addition, it never feels crowded during my visits. It is now my go-to gym when I visit Denver! Thank you!!
I was in town for a work meeting and wanted a local gym that did day passes. LoHi was extremely welcoming and reasonably priced! Clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed this gym! Going to be gone for a few months but will sign up again once I’m back. Enough equipment to workout whatever you want. Only crowded during peak hours but what gym isn’t. Friendly atmosphere and the best real gym in the Lohi / downtown area.
I have been going here for 4.5 years. Great local, convenient gym. It has most equipment that you need. The owner is a very nice guy, and the trainers are great as well. Would recommend checking out LoHi Athletic Club.
Poor maintenance of facilities. During peak hours the humidity in the gym gets up to at least 50%, which is purely due vapors from people sweating. I come from the east coast where humidity everywhere is high, and I have never experienced such a disgusting atmosphere to work out in. Super disappointed but it raises concerns for me about general cleaning and sanitation practices. The image below is a picture from inside the building as a result of humidity build up.
