Thanks to Rona's AMAZING massage yesterday, I had the best heavy lifting workout today that I've had in a long time. She is simply the best there is...period. In addition to her great work, she is a very selfless person who truly cares about others' health and well-being.
I had a migraine, and was incredibly stiff. Rona was able to squeeze me in for a quick massage today and I feel 100% better! Highly recommend her for a massage, she works miracles!! I need to start using her regularly instead of letting it build up so bad.
Great place to workout and Rona gives the best massages. I've had trouble walking and she is. Miracle worker, I can walk without pain..whenever pain starts a couple of weeks later I go to Rona.
