Fitness by Ina is a great place to workout that has the feel of working out with your neighbors and family. Ina has worked with me individually thru personal training and has me well on my way to being happier and more fit. She knows her clients and she and her team strive to provide a clean gym and facilities. If you want a friendly place to workout go see Ina.
