It's a gym for competitive lifting. It's somewhat small, and it has very few machines, instead focusing on free weights and variants thereof. Here's a plethora of chains, boxes, racks, etc. If you're new to strength training you might struggle a bit to get the most out of the place (though you certainly will get your training done), but if you're somewhat adept this place is golden.

Affordable gym. Classic, old-fashioned manly-man gym with a lot of kind people. Gives a feeling of being in an underground Viking-storing facility. Few machines though, mostly weights and bars. #NordicManReviews
