The prices are slightly high but overall the water is soo clean
Good swiiming pool for kids and adults. Kids have small separate pool. Only for members of DHA residents. They have huge filtration plants for water cleaning. Pool is nicely managed and organized. Coaches are good too. Only problem is parking which is at back side and you have to walk for entrance from front.
The pool is fine, but all the lockers are broken or unavailable for everyone except for coaches and staff. Toilets don't have lock and don't flush. Jacuzzi don't have water in it. The changing room are fine except some have broken hooks. Air conditioning does not work and it is very humid in there. Cost for taking Steam bath is not included in the monthly fees( you have to pay to use it) . The fee is 8000(for defense residence) which is not suitable for the facilities they provide.( This information is for the pool not gym). Overall I would rate it 4-5/10. Update: 2023 lockers fixed but the toilet and changing rooms door don't close properly and only some can be locked. (P.S the pictures are of 2022 the tiles are now fixed)
Worst place. They used to charge around 1,100, but now they're charging over 2,300 per person per day with no noticeable improvement in facilities. There are no lockers, so our bags were left on chairs by the pool with no security. There are only two showers, which is far from enough. If you're running a summer camp, there should be separate timings for children and other visitors. The pool was overcrowded, and some people were constantly bumping into others and then blaming them for getting in the way, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall, a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the price.
They don't answer calls. Even when someone does pick up, they don't provide the correct information. Their service is not good at all.
