Staff is excellent and courteous. Nice place, clean with ample spray bottles to clean! (Some people don't)The only thing I could mention is that the ProCore leg seating squat machine is very often used as a resting and conversation spot. You go thru 3/4 sets and machines and some people are still there, not actually working out. 😞. Not a deal breaker since there is similar equipment elsewhere. Give it a try,... You'll have a great time here!
My younger brother recommended this place and I understand why now. Staff members actually smile and talk normally instead of acting like salespeople. I had an issue with my membership app not working, and they fixed it at the desk within minutes. Small problem, quick solution, no hassle.
Love this gym! Appreciate that they are following CDC guidelines!! (Hand washing station, temperature checks, lots of sanitation bottles) Really like the outdoor area with its equipment, racks, and weights. The inside is huge with several rooms and all manner of cardio equipment, machines, racks, and weights.
Just not what I expected - customer service wasn't the best and there were some disclosed information about day & week passes that wasn't given until after the fact that cost me. When I called to make things right they weren't willing to budge so this is why they get a one star. As a business owner, I know how hard it is, but I also know that being customer friendly is very easy.
Rude staff in the middle of nowhere we're here for my dad's funeral went to the mortuary next-door. Tried to go to the gym was reprimanded because I went in the red light machine and it was dirty so I came back the second time and brought my own cleaning supplies and I was reprimanded for not cleaning their machines. I'm sorry am I the maid?
