I enjoy very much walking early in the morning at the St. Clair College indoor track. It is well maintained and the other walkers make it a treat to be there!
Old alma mater went there with the mental health Network for the Wednesday walks there awesome place as always
I love this gym! It’s nice and open, there are massive windows by the cardio area, and it has all the equipment I need (squat racks, smith machines, hip thruster machine). I also feel like the members are respectful and it’s never overly crowded which is a plus!
I come here frequently for my workouts, and I’m very happy with the experience. The service is excellent, the environment is clean, and the equipment is well-maintained and complete. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!
Nice gym for the area, good equipment, friendly staff and lots of room. It could use some saunas or something to really put it over the edge but what it does have is clean, fairly new and in good working order. The lockers are really large and the showers are individual stalls. All in all it's great.
