Nick Alsup is a hidden resource for teaching self defense, qigong and fitness in our area! Great teacher, infectious energy, relatable and knowledgeable!
Excellent instructors. Caring and focused training. Intimate setting with a wide array of options for every type of customer. Highly recommend.
Place is great. Weather your looking to just learn a few moves or something more serious I strongly recommend checking this place out. My son has been doing classes there for about 6 months, from everyone there working out to the staff, he loves the place and you will too!
The facility and atmosphere are both great and the instructors are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and push you past the limits you have set for yourself. You will leave every class with a great sense of accomplishment. I really enjoy the kickboxing classes. The kickboxing classes are a very affordable - the best rate I have seen in this area. Give this gym a try, you will not regret it.
I walked into 5 elements 5 months ago and Nicholas Alsup has helped me completely change my life! My diet my health and fitness have changed in more ways I could imagine! Definitely the best decision I’ve made in a long time. He and his staff hold you accountable, and they never give up on you long as you believe in yourself. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for that change!
