Devon Hills Fitness

The Hive at Devon Hills is a fantastic new leisure park and a real gem for families. Everything is spotless and really well looked after – from the pool, sauna and steam room to the modern unisex changing rooms with free lockers. The swimming pool only goes up to 1.8m, but it’s great for family swims, and there’s a separate kids’ area too. The food quarter is a lovely space with areas to eat, relax, and a kids’ area. Prices for food and drink are mixed – alcohol starts at £3.50 for a half and can go over £6.50 – but the quality is good. There’s also a handy mini shop inside where you can pick up essentials like eggs, bacon, and alcohol for breakfast, as well as toys and sweets to keep the little ones happy. Activities are a real highlight – axe throwing (£22pp), water walking (£7), and water surfing all add something fun and different. The grounds are also great for a walk, with plenty of outdoor seating for a relaxed vibe. Overall, The Hive is clean, modern, and relaxed – perfect for families as well as couples or friends looking for a day out. Friendly staff, great facilities, and a little bit of everything all in one place. Highly recommended!

I had the chicken and my god this was so good. My partner had a burger, another had the ham and eggs and one had the chicken 🍔 burger. All were extremely well executed and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend. Great staff and dog friendly

Really pleasant and welcoming staff in a relaxed atmosphere. The pool and facilities are lovely. The small toddler pool is great for babies and toddlers and the lounger chairs poolside a nice touch. I'd imagine it can be quite busy in the summer. I haven't tried the food so can't comment.

This restaurant on the site of our lodge for our holiday, has really gotten better since we last came. They have always had friendly staff but now the food seems even better, and the atmosphere is lovely. Better tables and chairs show it's being cared for. It was lovely to be able sit down and feel relaxed. Food was great when we went. We did the Tuesday Steak night and had two steaks for £20 and added the peppercorn sauce. We asked for one medium and one medium rare and got exactly what we wanted. The garlic and herb chips tasted incredible and we couldn't complain about any of it.

Somewhere if you want a good.meal for a good price. This place is good and we was really surprised. The staff were amazing and could not fuss out dog enough and gave her water and treats, the food was good and just what we needed late at night. This is a real hidden gem and we would recommend this for a cheap and cheerful meal
