John's on-line Pilates classes are professional, engaging and responsive to the needs of his students. We had specific shoulder issues which became a focus in the class. Improvements seen already. I can strongly recommend Pilates as a way to stay supple and John as an excellent coach!
Thoroughly recommended. John really knows his stuff and has a style that instantly makes you feel relaxed. I have to confess that I was fairly sceptical about online classes but not any more! If you are thinking about giving pilates a try or just keen to improve your wellbeing, I would encourage you to get in touch.
John is very good at adapting classes to people who have different needs. And he's very patient. And well brought up!
