I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and organized, and the equipment is in excellent condition. I especially love that there is a dedicated ladies’ section, which is comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The ladies’ classes are always so much fun, energetic, motivating, and suitable for different fitness levels. The instructors do a great job of creating a positive and welcoming environment, making every class enjoyable. The gym also has a really nice lounge area, which is perfect for relaxing before or after a workout. Overall, the atmosphere is friendly, professional, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

Came in for a trial session and was genuinely impressed. Body Fit is one of the most spacious gyms I’ve visited - it never felt crowded, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything was spotless throughout. The ladies section is large and well-equipped, and the sauna is a great bonus. Definitely considering making this my permanent gym!

The entire facility is clean, well-maintained, and organised, creating a very motivating environment. The staff are friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist whenever needed. The coaches are approachable, knowledgeable, and take the time to teach the correct use of equipment to ensure proper form and safety. Overall, Bodyfit Gym is a great place to stay consistent with your fitness goals. Highly recommended! 💪

To be honest, one of my favorite gyms in Abu Dhabi. You will never find it over crowded and theres always room for everybody to work out. What stood out to me was how clean the gym was, and how respectful and mindful the members are. For me this is the most important thing. My only comment is that the leg machines can be a litte bit better. Other than that everything is perfect. Initially I took the membership for one month but I will definately will be renewing.

I used to really enjoy this gym, it was one of the better options in the area with good equipment and a convenient setup. Unfortunately, recent policy changes have made it much less practical for regular users like me. The biggest issue is the new no small bags policy. I carry my own water bottles and lifting straps with me during workouts, but now I’m forced to constantly walk back and forth to the lockers every time I need something. It breaks up the flow of my training and wastes a lot of time. No other gym I’ve used in Abu Dhabi has this restriction, and it feels overly strict for something as basic as a small gym bag. Additionally, there’s one popular machine that has broken down multiple times now and still hasn’t been properly fixed or replaced. It’s been out of service for a while, which is disappointing for a place that charges this much. I hope the management reconsiders the bag policy and improves equipment maintenance. Fixing these two things would make the gym much more user-friendly again. I’d love to go back to giving it 4–5 stars.
