Really happy with Health Factory products. The mini cakes are my go-to snack and I love that they don't use maida. Will keep ordering.

I've been a regular customer of Health Factory protein bread and have always appreciated the quality and consistency of your products. However, the loaf size keeps getting reduced, and it's happening far too often to ignore. What used to be a standard Health Factory loaf now feels unpredictably smaller with every purchase. Quietly shrinking the product while keeping the same price erodes customer trust. If costs are rising, be upfront about it - don't pass it off through constant size reductions. Consistency and transparency are basic expectations, especially from a brand positioned as premium. This needs to stop.

Very disappointed to find insects inside a sealed bread packet. This is a serious hygiene and quality issue. Expecting better quality control from a trusted brand.
