I joined a few months back and I am super happy with the place. The facility is very clean, with new machines and a very nice staff. Eric is my personal trainer and I cannot be more happy, he is a great trainer, very professional, caring and attentive to details. Highly recommended
Life health fitness is an amazing gym 😁. First day I had a tour I completely fell in love with the place . Such great customer service and the way I was greeted once I walked in felt like I belonged here . I was switching gyms the day I came for a walk in tour and I just was blown away with all the amazing equipment they had on the second floor . Bathrooms are super duper clean and spotless if I do say so myself . Sauna is great , and the fact that they have a juice bar is a plus . Ladies and gents don't walk but run to this gym and sign up ! You will not regret this experience . You feel so comfortable once you start working out and just enjoying the vibe in this gym . I always had a great experience in this gym. Very spacious, great workout machines, and a very motivating environment . Ms Marlen ( cleaning staff ) is extremely polite and helpful ! She keeps the gym areas clean and spotless . 10/10 gym and staff
Very clean gym and the staff are friendly. They are now offering massage services. I must say they are top-notch and exactly what I need post-workout.
They have a no smoking rule, ecigs, vapes, and I guess this does not include the workers. Your social media account posted a video to socials yesterday with this clear sign in the back and Crystal has a vape on her leg. No wonder this gym be smelling like that. This is life health fitness but the staff don't have to represent the values. Interesting
