Sports Shop in Jarocin Sport Center

Jarocin, Poland

This is a shop, not a gym

Straight up: this listing is a sporting-goods store, not a place to train. Google tags it as a sporting goods, sportswear, and shoe store, and the reviews are all about buying gear, mostly football boots and clothing. So if you landed here hunting a gym in Jarocin, Poland, on Srodmiejska, this is retail. I'll still pull out the consumer signal, because the reviews carry a genuinely useful buyer's lesson.

The complaint worth understanding

Lead with the sharpest one, because it teaches you something. An October 2021 customer left one star over a warranty rejection: "I bought turf boots from them online, which my son used for two months, and the soles separated from the rest. After sending them in for a complaint, the response was, 'poorly used.' This is insane. You buy soccer boots, play on the surface intended for them, and they don't last two months." (translated from Polish).

That reviewer has every right to be furious, and I'd be too. But here's the boring mechanism behind that outcome. Footwear warranty claims turn on a judgment about whether a defect is manufacturing or wear, and the seller often leans on the distributor's or manufacturer's assessment, not their own goodwill. "Poorly used" is the standard rejection phrase when a complaint is denied. The useful shift for you as a buyer isn't "this shop is evil," it's "keep proof of the purchase date and the surface used, photograph the failure early, and know that a two-month sole separation on turf boots is a strong claim to push, in writing, up the chain." The question moves from "how could they" to "what does a solid warranty claim actually need?"

Where shoppers agree

Away from the complaint, the tone is friendly and product-focused. A March 2025 buyer gave the kind of specifics I trust: "Very friendly and helpful staff. The selection isn't too large, but neither is it too small. All the available cleats and other shoes are of high quality... I bought Adidas Predator cleats and I'm happy with the price and quality." (translated from Polish). A May 2021 review agreed with a caveat on cost: "Friendly staff, prices are a bit high but the quality of clothes is good" (translated from Polish).

There's also a January 2022 review that defended the service loudly, which is worth flagging for what it is: "Service is A+!... everyone complaining about the service lately must be crazy" (translated from Polish). That's a rebuttal to critics rather than fresh information, so I'd weight it lightly. It tells you opinions on service are split, not that one side is right.

What the 4.5 measures

A 4.5 across 75 reviews is a solid retail score for a small-town sports shop. The words back it: helpful staff, decent range, quality gear, prices on the higher side, and at least one unresolved warranty dispute. That's a normal retail profile, not a fitness one.

What's missing

No gym, no classes, no training of any kind, because there's nothing here to train in. On the retail side, there's no full price list and no website in the record, so stock and pricing need a call or a visit.

Who it's not for

Anyone looking to work out. And online buyers who want frictionless returns should note the one warranty dispute and keep their paperwork.

Are the prices high?

Two reviewers call prices a bit high while rating the quality good, so expect to pay for brand-name stock.

If you're shopping for sportswear, this is the place to be! Service is A+! I was there yesterday, and I haven't seen such a friendly and smiling saleswoman in ages. I definitely recommend it! And everyone complaining about the service lately must be crazy. Besides, it's not right to expect friendly service if you're not a cultured person yourself, and the flies in your nose are persistently bothering you.

A complete disaster. I bought turf boots from them online, which my son used for two months, and the soles separated from the rest. After sending them in for a complaint, the response was, "poorly used." This is insane. You buy soccer boots, play on the surface intended for them, and they don't last two months. It's tough, but the seller is treating you like a shoe. Stay away from them, unless you buy them and put them behind a window.
