If you like challenges, want to work on your physical fitness and are also interested in nutrition tips, you are in the right place. Crossfit with the usual English practice terms that you can remember quickly. Motivating, young, professionally competent team, who are very careful to ensure that the exercises are carried out in the correct posture, good beginner courses, stylish training atmosphere. It's fun and definitely has addictive potential.
