Well-equipped and reasonably priced gym with a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. Members of all different levels of fitness are welcome and are able to train according to their own goals. Extremely friendly and competent staff. Towel service is included in the membership and they also offer free breakfast on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Nice, clean gym with cardio machines, cross fit area, astro turf space, sauna, and showers. Complimentary tea and apples.

Well equipped gym with energy saving machines that also allow charging USB, watching TV or listening to music. The gym is enough to be friendly and personal, yet enough space to accommodate a variety of people. The crowd ranges greatly in age and fitness. The sauna is good but dusty and smelly so needs a proper cleaning. Classes particularly for cardio could be expanded, Zumba is not for everyone.
