I’ve been hitting desert fitness since March of 2019. These places always have great friendly staff. The equipment is good and well maintained!!
This gym fits my needs perfectly and it's never too crowded. There is plenty of equipment for everyone to use, the locker rooms are always clean and the team members are friendly.
Friendly place but often is filthy. With that said the gym has some new employees that are quite diligent. Also, Mike is an asset to the place.
They charged me $58 as a fee for minimum wage going up without telling me or my consent. They said people with email addresses on file were notified, well what about the people without. Nice no hidden fees.
I am very disappointed I have been a member of this Gym for over two years and when they decide to raise the membership fees I just get charged automatically on my card!! no one bothered to pick up the phone to call and let me know! I have not been in the gym for a month due to pneumonia and that doesn't mean i shouldn't know if my card will be charged extra money that what was agreed on on the contract. This is HORRIBLE customer service! unauthorized use on my card is unacceptable by any mean! if I signed the contract two years ago for the gym to withdraw a certain amount of my account every month it doesn't mean they can charge whatever they want how ever much they want!!! absolutely HORRIBLE!! if you are going to raise the fees, the least you can do is send a COURTESY EMAIL OR PHONE CALL!!! if you can't handle your members base you shouldn't be in business! when i asked to cancel my membership they were like, well too bad we can't refund your annual fees anyways- I AM NOT GOING TO USE YOUR GYM why can't you refund my money that I DIDN"T allow you to take it in the first place?????
