Rhett and the team at Fight Rite are the most welcoming people I have met. The studio may be small but it is well laid out and this works well for the students. I finally found an activity where my child feels included from the start.
Only joined this year and I can already see the difference in my children's attitude, confidence and fitness. They absolutely love coming to training. Rhett, Cooper, Scarlett and all the other trainers are amazing and great to work with, we have so much respect for all the effort they put into each class. We definitely recommend to anyone considering enrolling their children.

What a welcoming place where you just become family !!! . Both Rhett and Cooper both have encouraged my daughter with self confidence and have made her become goal driven and focused ! . The amount of respect for everyone is amazing. And regardless if it's your first day there or been there for years you are treated like this place is your home away from home and you are all there to support each other with open arms no matter what!! There are also very entertaining stories ready to be heard haha always have a great laugh with everyone
I have been a member for over 20 years and loved being part of the Fight Rite family. Rett and the Fight Rite gym have changed my life for the better. I am over 60 and still fit and active. It has been the best way to learn new skills, keep fit and manage weight.
