Eileen is quite simply a gem. What I love is how incredibly knowledgeable she is and how quickly she got to know what is going on with me (I have back issues going back years) and my bad habits. I truly value my sessions with her. The studio she uses on Baggot St is great and the staff are so warm and friendly plus great facilities as well.
One of the best places for Pilates in Dublin! Eileen has many years of experience and great passion for teaching pilates. She is very attentive and careful with all the students during the class. After completing a year of weekly classes with her I have increased my flexibility, I don't have lower back pain any more and I have improved my posture. Most of all, I love going for pilates class and I am always excited to train! Highly recommended!
I have been going to Eileen for a year and a half now at the studio on Baggot Street. Before starting this class I had never done pilates before so I was a bit worried about it. But I cannot recommend the reformer pilates enough. It is challenging but extremely rewarding as well. And Eileen is great at showing you how to do the exercises properly but also shows different levels so you can make sure to be getting the full benefit no matter your level of expertise. I highly recommend this class.
