We went to this Sports Centre for a morning ballroom dance for seniors (for those over 60 with Hong Kong ID). This senior dance is free and held every Friday (9:00 am to 11:00 am) in the gym. Big enough to hold 150 dancers and you can enter the gym by registering your Hong Kong ID. Hong Kong government also has many other free programs for seniors! The dance playlist was provided by Mr. Sun (孫 sir). Music was excellent for ballroom dancing. However, the portable speakers used need improvement and the volume was too low for a big gym. Mr. Sun also gave 45 minutes of dance lessons. He is a great dance instructor! Overall, we enjoy the senior dance very much!
