Brierton sports centre, Hartlepool, is first of all, a breath of fresh air. I got to know it when my church urgently needed a place for worship. The place is big and spacious, offering various halls for the different age groups our church has,adults,children and teenagers. It's a one-stop solution for our location need for worship while we trust God for a permanent place. The staff are also friendly and each Sunday offers a generally peaceful and relaxing experience in the environment for freedom in worship.
Sorry to say but the patrons have no respect for Disabled people as they park in Disabled bays and go and play football or netball the car park is vast and they cannot be bothered to walk a few feet!!! But the facility is great, nice and clean, you can also get coffee and tea from a vending machine all in all a nice venue!!
Was a bit of a maze getting through the building to find the rear exit for the 3G pitch. Staff were helpful when I asked for assistance though. Pitch is looking a bit aged and jaded. Only one side of the pitch is available to spectators.
