Really good gym. Hit this one up while I was in town on my trip. It is spacious with lots of equipment. Make sure you go to all of the rooms before structuring your workout because they have multiple areas with different stuff. Did a leg session here, it had everything I needed for the session. The seated leg curl was good, and the leg extension was on point - especially for out here in Europe where the leg curls are hit or miss. I was able to substitute some stuff for novelty training that I don't normally get at my personal gym back home. Overall really good spot for training. I was given a free session since it was the first time I had ever been to one of these gyms - that was awesome considering some spots charge ridiculous rates regardless. Parking was confusing, I could have parked for free to the side of the gym but I wasn't aware and went into the garage so I did have to pay for that. If you go, pull in to the front and drive up to the left of the garage entrance there is a parking lot there for the gym.
