Been going to boss body for about 6 months and the classes are great, plenty of variety so you never know what you're in for, it's hard work but rewarding and Toby and Jane are fantastic trainers
Jane and Toby have a great set up for beginners to the advanced. No 2 classes are the same and are never easy. Since joining, in only 6 short weeks i lost 3.5kg (and I didn't have much to loose) and improved my 5km run by 1 minute. Thanks for everything.
Great staff, have never felt like I wasn't welcome or accepted and all the equipment I could want
Awesome gym Ben Cole is a top level PT
Super supportive environment with top of the range knowledge on all areas of fitness. Could not recommend this place enough!
