There is no air conditioning in the room, the windows are open, there is a not very powerful fan, which does not really help relieve the effect of the sauna during an active workout. While working out with one trainer, a second trainer can easily start filming your workouts, say “you can look for yourself on porn sites” and start moving the equipment in the gym, thereby interfering with your workout (in my memory, there were 3 rearrangements during classes), distract by talking and making noise in every possible way. In general, they are not particularly competent, because they ask about your injuries, sores and past visits to other gyms loudly and in front of everyone, in order to unite the team of those losing weight, and they can also openly and in front of everyone comment on how clumsily you work with equipment.
