Favourite gym I’ve been going to fairly regularly for about 9 months. Really spacious, and great range of equipment. The changing rooms are particularly nice for a fitness first gym. Pat in the photo and the other staff are always very friendly, and the gym attracts a nice and considerate crowd
Love the gym. Great atmosphere, employees, and equipment. Chris a Patrick were super nice and friendly.I wish I could vacation longer because of the gym.
I enjoyed my session. I had the freedom to use all equipment, the gym was spacious and i didnt have to queue up for machines. I also found the lcoker room and toilet exceptionally clean. Thank you to Pat, Femi, Paul and Chris for the hospitality. Will be back soon 👊🏻
This is one of the better Fitness Firsts i go to. Chris one of the mangers is amazing and enjoy sharing training ideas with him! The gym is located near my work office which is convenient. Its very well equipped with most things you could want from a gym. Love the fact it has a track and weight sled which is key part of my training. The thing missing for me which would be good to have would monkey bars along side the track instead of a single bar (one similar to Fitness First Strand).
Lovely fitness just behind Holborn tube station. Chris, Amado & Cristina /fitness staff/ always welcoming me with a great smile 😊. They simply creating lovely and warm atmosphere in this fitness studio. Thank you 😁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
