The back muscle training at Kieser has freed my back from pain. The training instructors are always available to assist, to give tips and advice and to correct.

If you're considering joining, be aware that there are two membership levels, depending on whether or not you use the computerized machines. They don't seem to be up front about that. Otherwise, it's a great gym for those interested in strength training and are lacking knowledge and/or motivation. Nice city views are an added perk.

Kieser Training is generally excellent. But really bad placement of the watches at this particular location. Shows bad alignment with overall strategy of company. Instructors are friendly, competent and courteous.
