Best yoga studio in NKY/Cincy! Charlotte truly cares about everyone who walks through the studio doors. She has transformed my practice and mindset. I always leave class feeling peaceful and strong. I've loved the community of yogis here too. Everyone is beyond welcoming. Can't recommend Covington Yoga enough!
Excellent communication, which is huge in yoga practices. Knowing what to expect each time I come to class has been very beneficial, and has allowed me to refer so many others to the outdoor classes. I can't wait to check out the space once it reopens. Charlotte is an amazing instructor and has taught me so much about yoga in the few times that I have been to her classes. She also lives a yoga life, not just when she is on the mat. I highly recommend!
