I've shopped at this store several times. Every time I've been there has been a great experience. The employees have a lot of knowledge about all the equipment. They helped me find the gear that is best suited for me and my fitness goals. I will definitely be back for more!

Poor customer service! My spin bikes brakes broke and needed a basic repair. Delivered the bike to Spartan Fitness, along with manual and spare parts for the repair.. That was over 3 months ago.. Waited a few weeks before I called about the repair.. Told me it was not repaired yet and to call back the following week. Called the next week - still not done! Not once did they call me.. Went in to inquire and was told it still wasn't repaired.. but tried to sell me a newer more expensive model. The bike was never repaired OR RETURNED!!! They STILL have my bike!
