I am SO happy they have moved the centre! The library is AWESOME! The swimming place is GREAT! The staff are GOOD! The cafe' is great and so are the other things added to it!

Apparently the pool wastes water - which means we are swimming in "fresher" water than more "efficient" pools. Sadly The Arches will not be with us for very much longer. A new pool is in development on Vanburgh Hill. It will be just 1m deep at both ends, reaching 1.8m in the middle... not much fun for kids trying to learn to do racing starts... and not what you'd expect from an 'Olympic' borough.

Closing this place is long overdue. I wonder if the Better team are even aware of these rating / review forums? Customer service is poor, facilities are smelly and have never been cleaned when we attend, the fun swim sessions are inconsistent ( no floats, noodles or waterslides yesterday - with no plausible explanation from the teenagers left in charge to run the place) and A completely absurd pricing structure - with no swimming price list available. AVOID.
