Barbelle (Scarborough) Limited

Barbelle is a fantastic place. I had never been to a gym before so unsure what to expect but everyone is fab, the coaches are amazing and really make you feel like you are the only one they're training. They give loads of really good advice regarding nutrition and the best way to get the most out of each session. They're always on hand to answer any questions you have. Brilliant sense of community, nobody is in competition with anyone else. Best decision I made joining Barbelle, would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try.

I have been a member at Barbelle now for 17 months. I was advised after undergoing back surgery to go and lift weights to strengthen my core and back to prevent reoccurrence. It was the absolute best decision I have ever made. Not only have I never suffered with my back since, I am fitter, stronger and much more confident. The coaches are so knowledgeable and each workout is tailored to the Individual, not just one size fits all! The groups are small and everyone is listened too. I cannot recommend enough.

I started Barbelle in Nov 2017 after needing some extreme motivation to get back fit and healthy. Initially, I was a little nervous about joining as it had been a long time since id done any kind of fitness. However, from the first time I met Abi, to all of her sessions, you can see how lovely she is and the passion she has to help you reach your goal. She has given me my confidence back to push myself everyweek and I can see such a difference in myself. I have so much more energy, my body shape is changing and most importantly I feel great. I had a back injury 4 years ago resulting in me struggling with exercise but Abi has really supported me with this throughout my sessions, adjusting exercises and giving me advice on how we can strengthen it and already i can see a huge difference. I look forward to every session each week as its always totally different from the previous one. I can honestly say Barbelle has now become a part of my life, iv never felt so good and It will be something I am going to continue for the future. So if you want one of the most unique and best personal training experiences come and join the Barbelle family you wont regret it, you will LOVE it. ���

Joining Barbelle is one of the best things I've done. Each workout is tailored to each individual based on their ability and goals meaning the BEST results are achieved. I've never met such a friendly bunch of people. Barbelle is SO much more than a gym and I love it. Abi, James and Emma are exceptional coaches and I couldn't recommend them more.

If I could give Barbelle more than 5 stars I would! Everything about it is first class, the coaches, the training & the people. I have never felt so fit in my life! Thank you to Abi & the team for all your help & advice and helping me achieve my goals!
