Love this gym. Best in Gbg. Super clean, staff is friendly everytime. They have a cleaning culture's with the wet wipes. Keep up the good work.
Probably the biggest and best equipped gym in Gotheburg. Is was a great to train there. There are ample training rooms and variety of trainings. People who go there is well educated in comparison to other gyms
Great gym, especially for lifting as there is an abundance of space assigned for it (2 stationary racks, around 5-6 modular racks, 5-6 benches, 15-20 barbells and several other free weights), as well as plenty of machines like treadmills + cage etc. Also has spinning, crossfit, aerobics etc. classes. Other huge benefits are great airflow and temperature, possibility of someone watching your kids while you work out (only availible at certain time windows) and optional separate dressing rooms for non-gender-binary customers. The only (and quite big) downside are the opening hours, especially during summer.
Not very welcoming gym...a guy there (always there) that's looks at everyone like they peep in his cereal (creepy guy). Commercial gym that tries to be a crossfit/powerlifting/strongman gym. Need to book appointment to use gym now due to covid. Hours are terrible.
