Amazing staffs, who take care of you every time you visit! Equipments are also decent. Overall the gym is well equipped, whether you're a beginner or advanced level fitness person.
I was travelling in kathmandu for a month and looking for a good gym to workout,I’m so happy I found Garud Fitness. Garud Fitness is a really good Gym full of Modern equipment and gym itself is very clean up to international standard. I would like to thank The gym instructor Ms Pratima Shrestha,who is very professional and excellent gym instructor,she was very welcoming and very knowledgeable,I was quite confused with some of the equipment,Pratima explained to me how it all works, she gave me a really good work out tips and guidance on many fitness ideas. I can’t wait to visit Garud Fitness again next year during my visit to Kathmandu. Regards Binod
Garud Fitness – Great for Kids' Swimming! My 5-year-old is loving her swimming lessons at Garud Fitness! The enclosed, temperature-maintained pool is perfect, and her trainer is fantastic. She especially appreciates how spotless the restroom and shower area are. In just four days, she’s learning quickly and enjoying every moment! I hope they keep up their excellent maintenance. The steam, sauna, and jacuzzi look great—can’t wait to try them!
Worst place to swim they scammed me for swimming goggles. They gave me used once but charged 500 for them after confronting they still refused. The price for swimming was 700 but made us pay 1200 for checking out the sauna which we could not use due to the light, not being there. The staffs were good, but the owner can do better.
I joined this gym 2 month’s ago via my sister & recommended by my friend. Straight onto my points; the iron pumping side of the gym sounds good and it was evident to me that members were enjoying their workout routine. However the other side of the gym where cardiac exercises are carried out using running machines and cycles. Both treadmills & cycles are crap and total junkyard. People like myself who really want to workout for minimum of 40-45minutes of sessions are extremely disappointed. These machines are very old & stops automatically in every 8-10minutes. Should you attract more gym goers like myself, these treadmills and cycling machines must be maintained in tip top condition. I don’t think, I will ever come back again or recommend anyone to join here. Out of 14 attendances, I had only 2 satisfactory sessions. This means, you don’t only look for profit but provide the exemplary service too. Plus point is gym staff who are helpful & polite. The overall cleanliness was up to expected level.
