IXL is so convenient if you live in Saugerties! They have lots of classes and child care included with membership. Plus special classes that are extra, also personal training. When it’s hot out, or cold out- the gym is always there for you! Check out the private Boxing classes with Santo!

Great gym... Friendly staff... good machines and weights... and terrific trainers... I've been with a lot of trainers in my life and none were as good as Serena... who has brought me back to life at the age of 65. I'm in better shape now than I was in my twenties... HONESTLY! I am lucky to have a gym like this in my home town. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GH
