Dear Lululemon, all your clothes are amazing, great quality and color, but please care about your staff in the shop, teach them, train them, because last visit of your shop makes me very upset and desire to buy your clothes disappeared.
The only thing that made me dislike this brand is the staff of this store. In current situation as it is I entered the store and noone is greeting you and they continued doing whatever they were supposed to do in arranging the store. Whenever I asked for something they weren't helpful and continued ignoring. It happened the same scenario two days in a row. Thought it will be change of staff to see if there is difference but it was the same thing. They rudely said that I am not allowed to try the clothes and left. I understand the rule but at least say it in a more professional way. I do not shop in a store where is 10$ per item. Then the next day I asked if I can try at home as it's my first time buyer and I don't know the size and if i can return it if it's not good, at first the first sa approved but then the other one was like I've done something wrong to her and kept saying no you cannot no you cannot. It made me so uncomfortable that I am in the store. It was one of the worst customer service I ever experienced.
