I have been training with Mesomorph Gym for more than a year now and it has been an exceptional journey, the gym staff is very cooperative and the trainers are top notch. The gym facilities and ambience is good. I joined at 100 kg and came down to 68kgs with proper nutrition and training guidance so overall amazing results and positive gym environment. Highly Recommended!
Very Good GYM in our locality with best equipments and certified trainers. Its been around 6 months joining gym and it was a great experience. My trainer Mr.Dinesh Sir, never fails to motivate me for gym session and he always yeah me new workout.
It was a great experience at the Mesomorph gym, the instructors are very kind and help us push beyond our limits. There is no need for beginners to worry, you will be provided with a proper workout routine and the trainer will guide you about the gym equipment for a week. One of the best gyms in Vasai Road (West).
Best gym I have ever visited and trust me I have visited various gyms of different cities also. It differs with other gyms as in terms of world class equipments, super modern actual gym interior (not looks like an showroom), qualified and certified gym trainer and super awesome housekeeping staff. All above this Gym has Mr. Yunus Sheikh who is the master trainer and prep coach himself. I loved the training session given and also the cleanliness of washrooms which is very rare in gyms. Mus t visit for super awesome results.
Tried this gym during my vacation and totally happy with the experience and overall hospitality. The gym has sufficient equipments and is neat and clean. Good trainers and also the staff at the information desk is very helpful and kind. Main points to professional overall staff. The necessary facilities provided ( lockers,changing room) is very hygienic. Highly recommend.
