Every time we are traveling and need a quick workout in the area we stop in and get a day pass. My husband uses the weight room and I swim laps in the pool. Pool is never crowded and the weight room is super cool so you don't get overheated. Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend if you need a workout in the Dunwoody area.

Love going here! I am not a member of the church and found them through ClassPass as they are open to the public! Prices are BEYOND affordable & they frequently run promos for even cheaper pricing. Full scale gym, 25m pool, basketball courts that are used for Pickleball, and unlimited classes! This isn't a lifetime or super lux high-scale gym but definitely has all the equipment you'd need! And I love the classes!

An old school feel with some great people, I really enjoy my membership here. It's extremely convenient for me and is never crowded in the morning. The crowd is on the older side, but that's what I like about it. No egos, and the amenities are nice- lap pool, sauna, whirlpool, new locker room.

I may not come here again as this looked unprofessional to me. I like the programs they do but not the way they teach them. You don't get enough practice time so you have to find other places for that which can hamper learning. Some times the tournaments are very hard to compete if your kid is beginner level. I will try one other season here before passing on this one. I would not recommend at the moment if you are far away and makes sense to me if you are close by.
