Loved going here. Took my son for swim classes and it was a lot of fun. I will definitely take him more more classes.
I go here because of the therapy pool. I'm not taking advantage of the other things that are offered but the therapy pool is my prescription on Sunday. you just have to go earlier if you don't want to be there with a bunch of kids
Typically, this branch is well maintained, however, during recent visits, the Women's Locker Room needed attention and the therapy pool water was very cloudy. All other observed areas were in suitable conditions.
Decent gym , very clean with lots of equipment. It's open 24 hours all days but Saturday and Sunday. The night staff are very nice . I'm bummed that I can't use my ymca pass at the Greenville location . They have restrictions.
I am very disappointed with the lack of respect for the therapy pool schedule at this YMCA location. The aquarobics classes repeatedly or start earlier than posted or take over the pool during times that are clearly reserved for other members. What makes the situation worse is the attitude of the aquarobics trainer, who has been rude when asking to leave—even when the schedule is being ignored. This creates a waste of time and a hostile environment for members. I expect the YMCA to enforce its own schedule, train staff to communicate respectfully, and ensure that members with valid reservations are not pushed out of the pool due to a wrong schedule.
