Atmosphere is great! Food is great. Great place to relax. Next to the restaurant they have their own yoga studio with fantastic teachers. (update) Still go here almost every week since my last review. Food is great. Especially like their new menu with the gado2 bowl 🤤.

Visited the Flow restaurant for the 1st time recently and it really was a great experience all round. The menu offers a wide choice of unique options and works hard to offer this in absence of meat. There is likely an enjoyable option for almost everyone. Quality and presentation of the dishes we tried were also top notch especially given the fair pricing. The location decor is both warm and welcoming. Staff are also very friendly and attentive. Their already high average rating is well deserved. I can confidently recommend a visit should you be looking for a refreshing and great value dining experience.

Perfect place for a date, meeting or post-workout meal. Great food, ambience and service. 😃 The decor is super beautiful with plenty of plants and they have a wonderful indoor and outdoor seating. 💕 We had their summer special dessert with barbequed pineapple, carrot cake and coconut icecream. Great place for vegetarians and vegans. The mains were also value for money and tasted amazing.
