I have been training as a newcomer to the gym at EASYFITNESS in Hanover-Wülfel for 6 weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised. The employees are very friendly and always help, for example with questions or the correct execution of an exercise. In addition, many different training devices are available, even during Corona, and the studio has never seemed overcrowded. After 2 weeks I decided on a personal training (one-time fee) with the creation of a training plan. While a training plan tailored to my goals was drawn up, I was given a briefing for the respective equipment and the appropriate settings and weights were noted in it. I have been training with this training plan for 4 weeks now. If you can then increase the weights with the same number of repetitions, that motivates a lot and training here is just fun.
