Separate timings, and separate instructors. Those are two different provisions and both are named. In a Punjab gym that's a real differentiator, and two independent members flagged it years apart.
It's also seven to nine years old, so ask for the current women's timetable rather than assuming mine.

That's a proper facility list, and it's nine years old. "Virtual classes" in 2017 is a nice period marker: whatever that system was, it's long since been replaced or abandoned.
I'd treat this whole paragraph as history. Steam rooms break. Wifi improves. Nine years is long enough for all of it to have changed in either direction.
The Price Signal
A member in March 2017, four stars: "There's good friendly staff who are always available to give advice. On top of all of this is the fact that it's priced at the right level making it possible to join a quality club without breaking the bank!"
