Never been so sore - and I do strength training every day! I tried EMS training at EMSfit and had a great experience. I do strength training every day and have done so for many years, yet I was surprised by the intensity and soreness of the EMS training. In addition, Rikke and Sophia were extremely welcoming and sweet. They helped me take off my outerwear and first asked if I wanted something to drink. They listened to my needs and controlled the intensity according to what I said. I couldn't imagine better instructors. So thank you for that. All in all, a fantastic experience that is highly recommended!
Fantastisk og effektiv træning, hvor man på kun 20 min. Kommer alle muskelgrupper godt igennem med både styrke- og cardiotræning. I modsætning til andre EMS studier, har man her sin egen heldragt. Instruktørerne er meget kompetente og vildt søde. Jeg er også vild med det fleksible bookingsystem. Kan varmt anbefales.
